    Stevex,i traded a 2008 sprint in on my rocket,one of the nice things about Triumphs depreciating so quickly is good used ones can be cheap 2nd bikes.

    It seems the bike they ran at Bonneville had one,would they run without an air filter with all that salt?

    Yes in one corner of thier showroom ,right as you walk in the door.The mgr says they have ordered 35 bikes,but thier floor is packed already.He told me that 40 or 50 bikes are on consighnment and many will be going back to thier owners. I have never had much nice to say about Harley dealers...

    An update ,while they were putting the trans back together they noticed unusually heavy wear on the 4th gear output shaft and related parts,Triumph said they would cover it under warranty,but it will be another week until it is finished. I hardley ever use forth gear and the bike has only 6500...

    Whats odd about the Harley dealer picking up Triumph is there are 5 other dealers whithin about 60 miles.

    manic Nice to meet you today at lawn. I now know my first mod, your bike sounds awsome (i could do without the burning pants though.haha)Did you do the exhaust first or in combo with the intake?When is bike night in York? Ill try to make it up sometime.
