    Well, I managed to take the switch apart without removing it. I had to break the casing a bit but figured that I would have to replace it anyway if I couldn't fix it.     Right, first mod will be the Nitros then. I'll get them direct from Hagon in the UK so there shouldn't be any issues with then not speccing my weight etc.

    I see that a lot of people recommend the Hagon Nitros for the R3 but what about the Hagon Road version? Is anyone using them? They are about 1/3 of the price of the Nitros but lack the adjustment. I don't need the adjustment (or do I?) as I rarely ride 2-up.

    Aye, I'm not after big noise. TBH I'm too old for that. I just could do with a bit more volume if you know what I mean. I will ride it as it comes for a while though for sure. It's summer and I want to be riding rather than in the garage with it in pieces. Mods can wait until it (inevitably) rains.

    I rode a field bike when I was 6 years old and caught the bug immediately. I KNEW that riding bikes was what I wanted to do and NOTHING was going to stop me.
