    I may run my current Avon another 1,000 miles and then change to the Bridgestone I have waiting. It still has some decent rubber on it. I'll post here when I change it. Plus my boy is getting married this month; busy with priorities.

    I have used the Rabaconda, but not on the Rocket 3 rear wheel yet. However, I have a tire and Universal Big Hub Adapter (32-68mm) for Street Bike Tire Changer in preparation. I'm hoping it works.

    I am glad you were not injured when this happened. My perception is the mechanic that replaced your wheel is at fault and needs to repair your bike.

    I don't rev my bike anymore coming to a stop. This habit came from my Indian Challenger as it messed with the computer or something. Now I listed to the burbles the Rocket makes when it slows to a stop no stalls yet.
