    Do you know where I can find the current emission regulation? I have a 2006 and I don't know if it's feasible to get the motorcycle to within government of Japan standards.

    Good to go! I think the handlebar movement may have helped. I rolled the key to LIGHT and the headlamps came on. I then went to ON & RUN. No issues.

    Battery (maybe a year old) is fully charged. Battery leads are solidly attached. Turn key to ON, Run switch ON. No dial movement, no lights, no system noise or lights at all. No different if stand is up or down. Fuses all appear to be fully seated. I’s there a wire or cannon plug I should...
