    Thanks for the info and can confirm after pulling the pump that it's weepin. Gonna change the pump, coolant, oil, and hoses while I got it all apart.

    Good afternoon y'all, In the manual for my 2013 Roadster, it mentions checking the water pump "gland" while running through the inspection. Is this the little hole on the shaft of the pump? I believe mine is leaking ever so slightly but curious to know if others have knowledge on this.

    This makes a lot of sense and everyone has been very helpful. It's nice when theory can be put to the test in a practical way and it works out without costing a ton of money or injury.

    I appreciate the time and thought for this response it raises some really interesting directions. I actually sized up with the rear tire because it was cheaper than any 240/50r16 I could find (number one being the Metzler 888 which is double the price of the Bridgestone) and im hoping it lasts...
