    Just to put a end to this thread. My dealer took it upon themselves to replace the complete throttle body assembly. This is after replacing the steper motor and doing various downloads and adjusments. The bike seems to run great at all RPM and does not have any issues with idle.

    I had the same problem with my PC3. Did anyone notice if the Green led light on their PC3 O2 sensor does the light stay on steady or does it blink/flash ?? I suspect the O2 sensor that is causing the problem. Thanks
