    Hi again krothnbrg I just called davidsonb and it was a bearing in the tranny, and triumph paid the bill . his bike is an 05. so 1 more point for triumph. Davidsonb 's advice get it in to triumph real soon. not worth the wreck if it locks up. Dale.

    Hi krothnbrg A few months ago davidsonb had a similar broblem and I think it was the bearing in the rear of the tranny. I think triumph stepped up to plate and paid for the upgrade kit.
  10. Anybody ever have the throttle cables stick?

    I had the same thing happen one time after washing the bike. Turned out to be water in the twist grip. I took it apart and sprayed inside with WD 40. it did the trick for me. Hope it helps. Dale.

    I had the same thing happen after washing my bike one day a couple months ago. The culprit was water inside twist grip. WD 40 under twist grip fixed it instantly.
  12. Front end shimmy upon deceleration

    I just got a new tire put on, got the same problem. had it back to the shop twice for ballancing. Was worrying me a bit. Guess I can stop worrying. just have to wear this tire out, and get another one.
