2023 Triumph R3 GT, 2022 Moto Guzzi V85TT,
NOTICE IF YOU READ THIS ADVERTISEMENT EARLIER, I was under the impression was made to work on both the R and GT. It was my screwup. If Taz had not questioned it I would still be on that muddy path. In short it was designed for the GT. Plus it does a good job. Thanks for the understanding.
I am selling an almost-new 22-inch brown tint windshield made in Poland. No scratches, chips, or cracks. Extremely easy to mount. I purchased it on eBay about 2 months ago. for $289. It has a forward curve at the top to redirect some of the airflow. Well built. At Highway speed, and or strong wind, it does not bow or change its shape. It also has a brown tint, to cut down on the sun glare. If it is so good why am I selling it ???. I am 6 ft 3 1/2 inches tall. I need a taller shield. This one protects my neck down. I was going to put on a Larmar Lip, because I have used them over the years, with good results. Seems he has retired. I tried every way to contact him, plus some of his leftovers are on eBay. My price on it is $225.00 including shipping in the lower 48 states. BTW I will remove the Navy sticker before shipping.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

Do you have a pick of it straight on from the front, about 4 or 5 feet out? I am trying to understand how it blends in with the rest of the bike.

The only pictures I have are what is on the Ad. If you go to Ebay and search for Triumph R3 GT windshield, you will find it. The price is $289.99. You will see that they blend in real nice. The curved top will reduce a lot of the buffering.

Thanks. It's a good thing I read the ad. It says it won't work on the R without a specific fitting kit. I'll have to write them and find out.

I may have sent you to the wrong windshield. The one I have mounts in the following way. Remove the 4 bolts holding the factory fly shield. use the same parts. Mount the shield using the original hardware. Takes maybe 10 minutes. for obvious reasons don't over-tighten.

I was assuming this one.

I think the issue is the GT has an actual windscreen of sorts and comes with the appropriate mounting hardware. The GT basically has no screen to speak of. I wrote the company who made yours and they said they have one but it would be 100 Euro shipped to the US.

Can you measure between the mounting points based on the following diagram. Looking at the 4 screen mounting points below can you give me the measurements below (center to center).

1 2

3 4

Distance fom 1 to 2
Distance fom 1 to 3
Distance fom 1 to 4

So basically Width, Height and Diagonal.

Here is how my R looks.

The mounting holes on the windshield fit perfectly on my GT . So your picture will be the same as mine.

You have an adaptor, as there is no windshield on mine. Look at part 9&10 in the diagram below. What I am trying to understand if that is the same exact mounting dimensions as what would be on the part 1 (that is all I have). It looks like without parts 8, 9, 10 & 11 it won't work on my R and that assumes 6&7 are the same as on my bike. If it is the same, I might have a bracket that might work. If not, I'd need parts 8, 9, 10 & 11 to make this work on a R.
