Last may in MV i started to hear a tic tic tic sound coming from the engine, not the car rattle, more like a lifter, i was worried about it but made it home just fine, it has 30k also, the valve adjustment is due at 32k but will check it before RAA Texas.
Any idea what that could be??

I skipped my 10K and did the oil, filter, clean the K&Ns, changed the rear end oil, greased both ends of the drive shaft, tightened nuts and bolts and checked all the brake pads.
The motor is running quiet and smooth; but, when I return from tomorrows ride to CA to see RKTNMYPKT in a week or so, I shall be approaching 20.5K. I have an appointment for the 20K service plus valve adjust if needed. For $600 is it worth the peace of mind - - or be I pissing money away???
