I finally got around to taking some new pics of my TBird. Of course, now I've done another change and need to take another picture. I added Union Jack 3D decals to the side covers. They're 1" x 2.5" (perfect size for the side covers). I think I'll wait to take more pics, however, as I'm getting ready to put "T" bars on the bike. Anyhow, here's a pretty good pic.

Here it is in action, having a little fun at our club's "Skills Day".

Those bars are rather busy for a bike like that ... wonder if there is a way to get more stuff running inside a set of bars. Like hiding everything but the cables. Do the T-bars do that?

The cables do not run internally, but the T bars come with chrome guides instead of the stock black plastic guides. It would be cool to be able to run all cables internally, however.

Btw, here's a little trivia tidbit for you Rocket guys. The Tbird has the same pistons as the Rocket, just one less obviously.

Nice bike Daryl. After getting off the Rocket, what are your thoughts on perfomance, handleing etc....of the T-Bird?
BTW, you should really consider giving it a bath.

Mark, the TBird is no match for the Rocket with regards to power. I'm not sure because I've not tried, but I suspect the TBird would probably run out of steam around a 115-120 mph. It does, however, have good torque. I think the stock number is around 108. Mine is a little better due to the pipe and map change. I think I picked up around 8 hp and a few on the torque number, IIRC. The TBird outshines the Rocket in the handling department. It's by far the best handling cruiser I've ever owned.

The T bars come with chrome guides similar to the ones in your post TP.

Awesome, your bird is really nice. Torque has always been the most thrilling for me, car's, bike's or aircraft. That top-end stuff is best left to down hill skiing, drag strips,
F-15's, Space Shuttle's, etc.... I'm more of a red-light to red-light kind of guy.

Great pics Daryl, can't wait to see it and more importantly "hear it" to decide if I want to change out the stock pipes on mine (which obviously I haven't ridden yet) eventually.

Not much longer.

Great looking ride, I wouldn't mind having one. I've seen a few at the dealership but I've never got to hear one.
