Mounting system wasn´t easy. I tomorrow I will try to discribe. I bought bags for Honda valkyrie, but I wanted bag so closer to bike as was posiblle, So some cutting, welding was needed.

Right bag is about 10mm up to exhoust, If I put some haevy to bag, I will afraid about bag, amybe I will use some fire isolation.
 
Hello, so here is how I modifikated mounting system.

I bought hard bag with long Z bracket:


but original was bad, bag was long distance from fender.
This is foto with original mounting system.


So I cut Distance between main plate and welded together


front Z bracket cut about 10mm, back Z bracket about 25mm.


Next thing was remove distance spacer and try to formed Z bracket to fill in hole in fender.
So I used "angle Grinder"
After polishing:


Back Z bracket I was little shape to be closer to fender.

Last thing was painting:



So thats it.
