Stripes

Well folks here's the latest. After 22 doctors, 3 months of Radiation and Chemotherapy, being poked and prodded and stuck again and again, it appears I am going to live. The pet scans says I am cancer free and as of today, I have begun to feel almost like a human. I may be skinny with skin that is saggy and wrinkly due to the massive weight loss, but I am starting to gain weight and feeling stronger. I am finally getting over the side effects of R and C. I am actually in a good mood today for no special reason. Plus, when I got home from the ENT doc just while ago, I noticed the postman was at the front door with a big package for me.... My supercharger has arrived from Art. Now that really made my day.

Thanks again and again to all who have sent prayers and well wishes. They have helped. Your actions gave me the extra strength to get through the really rough times. And, without your prayers, I don't know if I could have made it.

Can't wait to see a lot of you at Maggie Valley, plus we will be wearing a new intake!
