rolling/surging @ idol

He did reset the adaptives. He said he is going to play with it a little more using hans info we sent him. Also, he said theres an idol you can play with. The manual he said says not to touch. But guys on this forum said they messed with it and it was ok.

One last thing Phill I forgot to ask you yesterday did you reset the adaptives after loading the tune in the ECU because it could also be what is causing the problem so before reloading any tunes reset your adaptives first it might be all that is wrong

I gotta say though from time to time after a run and only at certain temps when i pull up my bike will go into a rolling idol also not all the time but it does do it. Just a couple of things to note i dont have either 02 sensor stock or auto tune and mine does it still from time to time thats why i eliminated these two from my thinking .
I do reset addaptives after loading a tune also and i am running a pcv.
Ill watch this thread with interest would be good to know the cause.

I have noticed in the test menu it has in the bottom left corner of tune ecu above reset addaptives adjust EXBV "exhaust valve " and ISCV "stepper motor" also further up the list it says idol speed control

Its in the shop now. I will update this post with what he does and how it goes. Thanks guys for all the help. I have to say i put about 100 miles on her before i brought it in. That bike is no normal cruiser. It is an animal let out of its cage!! My buddy whom i was riding with has a yzf-R6. He was talking so much **** about wanting to race. After, he sent me a text saying he admitted defeat. We didnt even get to race. The few times i got on it he new. I love this bike.
