Hello "D" and welcome to the asylum from Northern Ontario Canada. Glad to have you aboard. When did you get your Roadster? Any pics especially of the surrounding countryside? Thanks for that wonderful introduction.
Hi Gregger:
Thanks for your kind words!, And Sorry for my Late Reply Back!.
To answer your questions, I bought the Roadster New in 2016, But the bike is a 2015 Model Year.
I don’t have pictures of the Roadster in my current smartphone, But I do in my "Old smartphone“, The problem I have is an ongoing one from Day One when I bought the bike from the dealer here in Germany.
On my way home after I bought the Bike, I had just looked down at my instrument gauges when at the same exact moment everything went blank!, My engine kept running & I still had lights because I could see them reflecting in the car ahead of me at the stop light.
So!, I turned around & went back to the dealer & after doing test after test & 3 hours later I was told that the complete wireing harness was defective because of all the different errors the computer was getting with the tests they were performing.
So!, They supposedly replaced the complete wireing harness, But To No Avail!, I still have the same problem as before!.
One thing it would do is that the motor would turn off while Riding!, Another thing it will do is not start back up after taking a "Stretch Break“, or after getting gas.
At the moment my Bike has lights & the instruments work!, I did get it to start after taking the battery out & then put it back in again to see if The Re set effect would work!, But after I shut it off & tried to start it again the starter made a noise as if it was going to engage & then that was it!, Nothing!.
Needless to say I am not a happy camper with this on going problem!.
When It Runs I Have A Smile From Ear To Ear!, But that hasn’t happened for quite awhile now!.
I do still ride!, But it’s not a Triumph.
It’s an 1998 Honda Pan European!. It Too Put A Smile On My Face.😀🏍️
Take Care!, Be Safe.
De.

Thanks for reaching out!.
I‘m curious!, Are You from the Netherlands by chance?.
I ask because of the name.
The Netherlands is A Very Beautiful Country!, I enjoy going to the coast when ever the chance arises which isn’t very often!, But well worth it when it does.
Keep The Rubber Side Down.
De.

After I graduated from dental school staff and patients struggled or worried about saying my last name which is Donesky. I got the nickname Dr.D and it stuck.
