When you finished the changes on the ETV page and then clicked to save it should have popped up some boxes, you should have checked all those too. That gets the throttle changes for the other cylinders throttle bodies and all gears. Here's a video, around the 8 minute mark he says not to check the boxes, however he corrects himself in the comments section and says to check all the boxes:
