If you are a member at Triumphrat.net, DeCosse there is a wiz at this stuff, he has many threads on better reg/rectifiers, but I don't know how interchangeable they are among bikes.

Suggest that you read my recent thread "Answer to Blown CPU" . I believe most of the aftermarkets are made in the same place ,but with different names. I use to use Harley Davidson aftermarket regulators on my Guzzi bikes. worked great because the had stronger parts. Not sure if you could adapt because the Rocket regu;lator has a circuit inside >> ????. But be careful .
