I was hoping more of the R3 Captains would have made it to the planning sessions for RAT rides from Engle Motors this year. We met at Jack Stack BBQ on the north side of Union Station. Great food, and I met several riders I had not met before and ran into ( not literally) one of my customers who used to come in the club and hear me ( I guess the operative word is "used to") and he's now a Bonneville rider.
There were several places that were planned last year but canceled for weather reasons and several new ideas for places to go. If you don't have your membership, it's free to join and you get emails with updates or information about new products, etc.

SAC museum in Ashland, NE
Lexington, Mo
Sedalia, Mo
Manhatten, Ks
Cassady, Ks ( First Sunday of each month starting in March)
Weston, Mo (Short ride in case it's cold outside)
Carthage, Mo
Rocheport, Mo
and several other locations.
Tim Zang is the new K.C. RAT coordinator and I enjoyed meeting and talking with him today. Check the Engle Motors web site for the latest RAT infomation.
Another few days in the 40's and I'm weening the beast off of the trickle charger!!!!!
