projector headlight

that actually is not that difficult. in 99% of all vehicles the glass bezel is held on with glue. to remove the glue and glass just heat it up in an oven for about 1 minute at 200 degrees f. the glass comes off and the projector can be mounted inside.

something like this though they have a kit that would not require any cutting of the housing so disregard this part :)

The issue I think you'll find is the overall depth. It's 4" long. Measure.

I tried to fit a dipping HID bulb into an R3 reflector unit. Was too long and touched the glass. I've used the same HID's in loads of other lamp units. You'd be better off finding a pair of self supporting projectors you like.
 
See the mt3 in the page I linked. Only requires 3.3 inches. I may just try it because it's only $60 and if it doesnt fit then I'll make some fog lights out of them

I was looking at the MT6 as it has both beams. I'll be interested in the results though. My last play was to convert some lights to LED.
