I'd had sports bikes for many years and just fancied something different that still had the grunt. I considered Victorys as the engineering is superb but then so is Triumph's.
I read some back to back reviews and the common complaint with "cruiser" type bikes is lack of ground clearance. The Roadster doesn't suffer from that so I booked a test drive and was smitten. It has the ability to bumble around in great comfort and then rip your arms out of their sockets with a mere twist of the throttle producing warp factor acceleration at any speed. Test drive one and you'll see for yourself.
