New on site but over 60,000 miles on the Rocket

Welcome to the forum full of crazies , good to hear your committed enough to fix her

Welcome sorry for your bad luck. Still a great bike and you can't take that money with you so spend it while you still here, it will make you happy!!

Been spending a lot lately with end of year write offs for work, truck repairs, etc.
But the good thing about living in Cali. is riding season never ends.
I was born and raised in Lethbridge Alberta, and as Albertadude knows it doesn't usually snow there in July.
So when it finally gets done we can still hit the road, till the snow pack in the Sierra's gets deep enough then it's time to
get out the sleds.

Welcome from Germany! Got an O7 myself and the block is on the stand right now. Putting all the updates in before she goes boom on me...2d gear has been an issues for the last 7K miles at least! Lucky it lasted this long I guess (knock on wood)! Unlike you, I won't be back on her until the spring thaw ;(

Hello B.Ragh and welcome from VA, another state that offers year round riding.

Welcome Reagh from up north. Sorry to hear about that expensive bit of bad luck. Since you've had your Rocket for so long, there usually is some kind of dues that's due when you log into the site, collected by a Canadian third party (moi). Because of the bad luck you've had with the bike and for compassionate reasons, the Canuks won't collect it. We'll leave it to the Aussies.

Welcome to the site. Hope you get your ride back soon with a big reduction in the cost.

As long as it's been there they will probably try and get storage fees.
Supposedly we are still waiting on backordered parts. But it is maybe going to be done next week.
