Need to richen it up just a bit in the lower RPM range and throttle positions . . . oh . . . you bought PCIII . . . sorry . . . don't know too much about that module.

Someone can probably tweak your PCIII to get that POPing out.
 
You really need the tuneboy to unleash the full potential, I believe some have achieved the mid to high 150's hp with pod filters 8)

Which is what I have and still getting used to the extra power
