Last week I ordered a set of Flashing Hyperlights with the running light function. I went to install them yesterday and found that I had gotten the non flashing version. I must admit that their website is a bit confusing.
This morning I was on the phone first thing , fully expecting thew normal hassle . What I got was a customer service rep that was wanting to make their customer happy. They are shipping out the correct part along with a post paid return envelope .
Wouldn't it be nice if all of the companies treated us like this
