Hi Ant - I'm all the way over in Haywards Heath! Looks like the weather changes for us this weekend
Like the footpegs on your 2007 - mine came with footboards, which I didn't like. Now running Raask rearsets!
Hi,Yes the weather has changed for the worse in sunny Worthing.Did give the ZX12 a run today although it was abit nippy..
Getting back to the footpegs,i think mine are the standard item.I did ride my brothers rocket that has footboards and it felt strange and not my cup of tea... but saying that he loves them and finds them very comfortable..You are liking the rearsets then ?
Welcome ant from Frisco, TX. The weather here lately makes me feel like I'm in England. I'll be heading to The Lake District and The Cotswolds the first of June for 10 days or so. My wife and I love England and try to go as often as possible. I would love the opportunity to ride my R3T in your country.

I like the rearsets, yes. To be honest "rearset" is a relative term, they only bring the pegs back to what I'd call a "normal" position. The only issues I have is that they are a little bit high and fold up but not back - my plan is to modify them so that they are at least an inch lower and fold up/back rather than just up. ZX12 is a bit of a contrast!

We toured the Cotswolds a couple of years ago, you will love it. Try to get over to the Wye Valley and Symonds Yat its not too far away.
Here's something to whet your appetite, albeit on my old Roadking
