Greetings from the UK

Just did the one labeled best sound ever. Gave me goosebumps :)
I am old enough to remember when RAAF still had a few spitfires at Williamtown Air Base north of Newcastle, the North American Sabres were the main fighter plane in the early to mid fifties but the Spitfires used to fly over the Central Coast regularly, our School Teacher was a Ex RAAF pilot that flew spitfires in the Battle of Britain and he used to let the class run out when we heard one over head ,very impressive for a 5year old kid from the bush,so started my love of the rolls Royce Merlin engine ,

Basil, I think from what I am hearing that there are going to be some serious numbers going to the Ace. My mate is even going on a Harley!

Yep Looks like gonna be a busy day at the ACE, couple of us leaving from Dorchester on rocks meeting up with another 1/2 dozen rockets in Salisbury then on to the ACE. and yep there will be some other types coming along as well ! Ill bring the camera and post a few pics on here for the colonials ! !
