Greetings from New Mexico

I have the same preference. Whenever I get to New Mexico (never often enough) I try and have green chile with every meal.

When you said red or green it caused me to instantly wax nostalgic about Indian Fry Bread we used to get at the NM State Fair. Grew up in Albuquerque, even managed to graduate from Sandia HS (1971). If you remember the 70's,,,,,,,,you weren't there.
