Since the Tuneboy leaves no hardware on the bike, how would they know? I don't have a TuneBoy, but from what I understand, even the dealer doesn't know if a TuneBoy tune is loaded or not.
 
They will sure know in states with inspections.Its just that you won't be able to buy them or pipes or other performance stuff any more.Our kids won't have any fun with cars anymore.When Piggys my age I bet his car will have a locked hood..Humbug BJC

I'm waiting for the day that all vehicles will be limited to the maximum legal speed, or better yet, fit with sensors to sense speed limit signs and adjust speed accordingly.. oh wait, that would take away too much revenue..
 
The insurance companies are pushing to get gps devices fitted to all new cars so they will know how fast you are going at all times.
