Engine Guards Interchange?

All:
Have a chance to purchase a nice set of engine guards off a '05 Rocket at a good price for my '08. Do not (yet) know whether the guards are Rivco or Triumph. Will the guards fit my '08? Anybody know for sure if the engine guards interchange on all (standard) models regardless of model year?

Yes

They will fit but if they are the old Triumph style they are prone to bending or breaking. The new style are much stronger and look better than rivcos IMO.
