2 hrs , how many cups of tea did you have . I managed all of it in under a hr easy , I did not disconnecct battery ,as long as you are careful and do not allow the box to fall back onto starter . On the gaskets I ran a thin blade around the outside to break the seal on the pipe and out they come , mine had done 2500 miles at the time .

Although I would make sure I had no leaks before carrying out the 12 minute tune as this might have a small effect on the tune .

Never said that I never have to go back and reseal things , all I said was I would make sure I had no leaks before I did the tune , as you say things do get very hot down there , hence check them straight away , rather than do tune , and then have to wait for a fair time after for it to cool down .

If you need the manual to do this job , maybe best to let dealer do it , its only what 12 or so bolts and 4 clamps , the only difficult job as you put it is the gaskets on which I totally agree , do not know what price they are but to make life a LOT simpler get new ones .

So just chill , I put nothing out of place in my reply , apart from a little jest .
