DB killers?

I was watching this video Triumph Rocket III Touring + Jardines and DB Killers - YouTube
The guy says theres DB killers in it.
I am assuming thats another name for the baffles ?

Also known as power killers. Amything with smaller pipe then the tractor header which is already known to rob power is worse. Why would anyone spend the cash for a good set of pipes which gain power and torque and then choke the feckers by stuffing a potato in them is beyond me. Might as well stayed with stock pipes especially the touring since there duals already.
