So after about 180 miles I'm thinking that the bike seems happy around 3000rpms. Between 2k and 3k it's not lugging but not quite in it's happy place.

It should be around 4K, but the standard throttle map suck at this range due the euro 5 voodoo. fix the maps and 4k should be perfect... crisp and on point no matter the gear.

I just stay above 2500 cruising light load. At 4K there is to much power.

I've only eased it up to 4k a few times since that is my limit for the first 300mi and at that rpm I'm already at 100mph in 6'th gear.
