Hello, does anyone know what's the correct position of the bearing?

Photo 1 or photo 2?

As you can see in the photo no 3 triumph designed an channel in order to allow oil getting to the bearing... But when I have split the cases the bearing was in position from photo no 2. I don't think oil will get to the bearing since is sealed on that side.

Any advice?

Thanks

He posted it in this thread a couple of days ago which you answered. Deja vu.... Matrix calling... Bearing position
That bearing looks like it's on the front portion of the output shaft just ahead of 1st gear. According to parts breakdown, the bearing shield should point as Kevin stated... pic 2.

Many tanks guys, I will ask the administrator to delete the both threads.

Mulțumesc (Thank you)

He probably wont delete, it was a good question and yet another resource for this giant community of info on the bikes we love so much. Bearing the wrong way has ruined many a day so. good luck with your build and ride it like you stole it once rocketing again.
