Hey Guys
I really like this forum and the people who are part of it..everyone has time for each other and their always helpful..as the last couple of days have proven
From my point of view it's a shame we all don't live closer instead of being scatterd
all around this crazy world..i wish you all well :)

to me, we're a family.
A big EXTENDED family,
but family none the less.
We argue, disagree, love, share,
feel pain, miss seeing each other,
just like a family does, so to me.
We're family.
 
I've only made it to one RAA, and enjoyed meeting everyone I met. Flip is one heck of a character for sure!.. :) Had our little Texas band of 4 going up that time to RAA III.
 
Your right there Ray, we here in the UK should try a meet up some time, a few have said that they are up for it if someone will organise it. My problem lies with my wife's ill health & I cannot leave her alone, so my time is governed by carers being with her. However if anyone wants to meet up I can make Friday's which means in your case a mid way point of around Birmingham/Midlands. I was supposed to meet Stuvin at some point but above reasons haven't so far let me arrange it. A great place for a meet is the Raven cafe which is at the junction of the A41/A49 south of Whitchurch. Of course it's an easy ride for me, a lot easier for Hooky & a lot more difficult for most others, but it is fairly central & lends itself to some good rides venturing into Wales. If anyone is interested post on this thread & we'll see what can be done, suppose I should turn up on the Rocket & not the ZZR 1400 if anything comes of this :D
 
It would be wonderful if i could ride a bike in some other country,
with friends to show me all the good roads, too bad the ocean is way too big to swim across:D

Here's an idea, you could ride to Mexico..
I know you don't speak mex anymore, but you could probably fake it.
Remember these words.

Mexico ain't really a foreign country anymore but it's the best we got to offer.
Unless you want to ride to Canada that is,
Course you'd have to speak french up there
and I ain't sure if they understand mexican or not..;)
 
Canada sounds better Skip, it is safer, just learned today that my cousin, the kid i used to hang around and grew up with, got killed, guned down for no aparent reason, my aunt and other cousin took an emergency flight from Tulsa to Tijuana to pick up the body from the morge, bad news all the way this week:(
