Cataltic Converter

Does anyone know if a 2005 Rocket 3 has a cataltic converter or just a muffler under the frame? Thanks, Bruce

Not in Oz, the "cat box" is empty. Depends where you live, I think.

Bloody great heavy empty box, mate, does nothing except provide a spot for a cat wherever required by regs.

Toss it and fit a crossover pipe.

I got the Jards with crossover pipe and I have the 11 pound thing in the shed where it belongs. I like to keep that stuff in case I,or the next owner wants to convert it back.

those cat boxes had a C or NC stamped on them in fairly large letters which indicated catalyst or non-catalyst. The NC was empty but is really restrictive.
