Bought an old Beamer
Makes me laugh...i was expecting something old...i must be getting old because that bike looks modern to me. My Chevy pickup turned 25 this year, and it still feels modern to me too. 1978 to 1997 was a big upgrade in 2001. I like the bike, so don't take this as a slight. 25 years ain't what or used to be lol
 
Oh and not to steal your thread but this is my boxer, a 1998. It has near 70K miles on it and runs like at top. The boxer engines are extremely durable. You have the five speed transmission that doesn't have the clutch/input shaft issue that some of the six speeds have, like mine. Good trannie on yours.

 
It’s got ABS, none of my cars in the 90’s had ABS
