Allow myself…to re-introduce myself…

Been largely absent here for quite some time…my ‘07 went underwater in 2020 when the RV park I was staying in got flooded out. Was able to bring the bike back from the dead, the oil was changed multiple times, starter replaced, clutch and brake cables replaced and radiator ended up needing repaired too. 5 years later, the bike seems to still run well, but I have been nervous about stretching its legs for extended rides ever since. What’s more is it is nearing legal drinking age and I seem to have developed a slight oil leak. The old R3 has been the most reliable vehicle I have ever had, but I have had lack of confidence in it ever since it got flooded…Probably time to have it looked over thoroughly and maybe have gaskets replaced. IN THE MEANTIME…

I am about to own one of the next generation rockets! I have been waiting a long time for the right moment and it has finally come. Will be picking up a 2025 R3 GT Storm in the next few days. I will still be keeping the ‘07 but I have a renewed excitement about riding again and will be curious to learn more about the new bike…
