    I rarely speed in the U.S. I find driving much more relaxed there than the U.K. I was just interested because we do not have the varying laws from county to county in the U.K.

    As it is all of them it is something before the coils, I suspect the engine management computer has registered a fault and shut down the ignition, or it is something simple like the plug between the coils and ignition regulator if it exists.
