Both are nice saddles. The Corbin is prettier. I ride Corbin on the CB. Verry nice. Firm/hard but comfy. Rode the Gel with Back rest on the Rocket. 10 hour seat, no problem. @600$ the Corbin is a steal. Get a cover in case it rains.

I paid a tech. Rick @ BMW of Pasadena has tools and experience. There are many small details to that job. I changed the fork bearings at the same time. The bike required a take back after a few hunderd miles to tweak the fork alignment. It was worth covering his fees.
Grab you front brake as you push the bike forward. How much does it sink? Progressives and a little heavier new oil will reduce that by at least 50%. Since the tubes have to come out to replace the seals it is a quick cheap improvement. I used DelRay #7 fork oil, I think. The springs cost...
