Good, i hate it when they get delayed, glad you like them they were very comfortable for me, and in my opinion gave the bike a much more aggressive look than the stock.
And the R3 is one aggressive bike., lol
I'm 5'10" and with the risers were extremely comfortable, was able to relax my arms with a slight bend.
The only thing that made it more comfortable was my corning duel tour with driver baxkrest.

Probably painted I had all my exhaust crash bars backrest luggage rack everything powder-coated was cheaper and had a hard durable finish, I also ceramic coated my exhaust black
Stock cables work, just reroute brake line behind triple tree, very easy.
Everything else goes on no mods needed.
I had Rivco Risers, so you may not need to re route brake line.
They even have bungs to put the counterweights on the ends of the bars
These are the passenger peg extensions for the R3 Roadster, they are brand new, never installed, made to work with the Rivco passenger footboards.
Moves boards down and forward for more leg room.
