  4. Heated Grips

A hint to get grips off I've also got heated grips, so I've also removed those old grips and the easiest way to do it is to use air compressor and blow between the rubber and rest of the grip it comes off smoothly and with no problems. Also this works if you ever need to put those old ones back.

  9. 12 Volt Power Socket Install

I cut some corners here I had to power up my GPS, but I decided that its too wet spot for power socket so I bought a socket from nearby gas station, a fuse and a box for it. So I just cut the wires needed, attached it straight to battery using that fused and whacked the whole set behind the...

  11. Rain and the Rocket

No worries I have driven in everything from short drive through mist to a whole day in pouring rain storm. No problems. But then wet asphalt is allways a bit slippery and I try to be more carefully then. Me and me missus went to Norway last summer and we drove the first day through Sweden...

  15. warped rotors

I haven't had that on my rocket. But I previously had America and on that one I had a warped rotor. When I complained about it they first tried to change brake pads but it didn't help, and after changing the rotor that vibration was gone. I did drive with that bike for another 15 000 kilometres...
  16. Saddlebags and Easy Brackets

Easy brackets Dave, or anyone for that matter Could you tell me whats your thoughts are about easy brackets. 17. Poll... Rear Tire Mileage

13000kms I got 13000 kilometres translating to 8125 miles out of my original rear tire. Unfortunately in Finland we now have about 6 inches of snow :( so my riding for this year is done with. Shes tucked in to my garage under blankets, waiting spring sun to shine.
  18. Snowed here today.....

Not yet not yet I'm just waiting for it to happen... We had snow in northern Finland four weeks ago, and its been on and off there since then. 19. Fuel Light

Sorry for the metric measurements, just go and get your converters. I haven't run her dry but I once had 422kms and then I managed to fit 22 litres into her (tank is 25 litres). The problem with Triumph fuel gauge is that it works like the fuel light so its as useless as the fuel light, it says...
