    Paint and finish concerns

I had something similar on my first Roadster on the back wheel, took it to the dealer and raised a customer service case with Hinckley HQ for the lacquer coming off. The response "It is not lacquered, have you tried polishing it?", bike was ex demo, never cleaned and bike took it hard!

Come on let's see those beautiful bikes

My first bike was a DT125 twin shock! then had the 175 when I turned 17, they are in my blood! The pipes on the B-King were Laser Exhausts, looked great but were a little quiet even with the baffle plates removed. Only mods I did were cosmetic, all the carbon fibre bits were after I binned it...

Went from the S1000XR to the RS and ordered the same spec, Sport SE so it had dynamic suspension, quick shifter etc and from day one I had an issue with the quick shifter. when really going for it, you’d change gear and after it had changed it would cut the engine and being a boxer engine it...

Come on let's see those beautiful bikes

I cannot think of a time when I needed only one bike other than when I was too skint to buy two or more :D I usually have two on the road and a restoration project which is usually a 70s or 80s old jap bike of some sort. This is the first winter in years where I haven't had a project, so the...

    What's your preference - GT or R

R for me, prefer the more focused riding position with the pegs further back. That said, I haven't sat on either of them because if I do, I am going to need one or the other.
