    TuneECU - does a map....

If you’re going to use his AFR table I suggest that you use his F tables, which he changed, and his L tables, if the L tables are changed in the Penner map you got the AFR table from.

    TuneECU - does a map....

This chart was posted by Penner for the 2500cc Rocket. The blue is his unrestricted map. I believe the green is stock.

You can’t read the map from your ECU. You can only connect using Bluetooth. The older 2300 cc use a cable to read and write maps. You can get the stock tune in the app.

You either leave the solenoid connected or install the plug (above).

Unrestricted map for Rocket R and R Black from VIN # AV5457

31255 is the stock map. This is Penner’s unrestricted map. I didn’t say the time won’t work. I said the tune won’t fix you problem stalling on the highway in 2nd and 3rd.

Unrestricted map for Rocket R and R Black from VIN # AV5457

South Africa is part of a market with Argentina and Indonesia. The base map is 31253. You could take the GT map above for all markets and copy the tables into 31253. Only the tables that are different which are F1-3, ETV2(1-4), ETV3(1-4), and AFR.

Depends where you bought your bike. Your problems with the bike won’t be fixed by a tune.

They’re within 10 on a few of your screenshots. Make sure there are no leaks in the tubes from the sensor to the throttle bodies. You might want to change the fuel filter. Doesn’t sound like you need the dealer involved.

Too rich? Spark plugs? Here’s an unlikely scenario. General practice was to copy the more advanced ignition table I3 for the higher gears (4-5) into I2 (2-3) and I1 (1st). Maybe someone inadvertently copied the advanced ignition table into the table for neutral I(N). Unlikely though.

It shouldn’t backfire with or without the plenum. I assume you’re leaving the temperature and MAP sensors connected when you run it without the plenum?

Why do you need to reinstall the plenum to test?

Only to connect to windows, not a bike. I have a BMW which doesn’t work with Tuneecu. If your bike is running smoothly after rebalancing, you probably don’t need to worry about mapping right away. You could wait for the lonelec. Regarding the 20352 stock map, I was asking R3RTurbo if he has it...

This makes sense. You should be able to use BT to see diagnostic. The Lonelec cable will definitely work. The specification is KKL protocol with an FTDI chip. I have this cable from Amazon. You could try it for $20.

This is from the custom map section. Do you have the stock 20352?

Still confused. When you installed the program for windows and opened Tuneecu in the map screen, you got a screen than said no map loaded. Then you would have to go to the ecu tab and hit connect. When you connect, the box at the bottom next to tps flashes green. Then you would hit read map to...

You can’t download stock maps from Tuneecu.net. You have to buy the Android version and you can download maps in the app.
