    Just a few days ago I didnt have enough room to get out of the blind zone of the car next to me in the two lanes merging in to I 95 and they moved right over and luckily I was able to get out of the way. I can only blame myself for being in the wrong place, drive that way every day.

    Just hooked up the YTX20DHL Scorpion #65989-97B battery in a R3T. Fits good. It cranks faster than the OEM ever did. USPS shipped it but I was surprised that it was in my mailbox.

    I am getting a new battery after mine being dead at 4am after getting off work. Just ran it 10 hours earlier. Does the Scorpion need any mods? Looks like the size is a little different than the Oddessy.

    Thats the Triumph seat. Same as the long haul I believe. Its firmer than stock but Ive found its better for me after a while. Got it at MADSS.com but they went out of business.

    Good post Bob. I guess thats a lot better than pushing! Elvis my bike only has tors but even at slower speeds I must have a heavy wrist, my MPG is a little lower than that.

    Rockets Across America V – Spring Launch

    Left early to miss the rain but had rain most of the way anyhoo. Took the backroads so the ride was nice anyway (except for a little hangover). Had a great time and looking foward to the next one!

    I think its plastic because they don't recommend a higher powered bulb. After cleaning mine it started fogging up again.

    Yes it does seem brighter. I use to see my aux lights to either side of the low beam now they are covered by the light that is focused in a rectangular pattern that is higher towards the right side of the road. That might not work well in the UK. The high beam seems brighter.

    My headlamp was fogged up so I decided to try an Adjure headlamp (reflector and lens) I found on http://customdynamics.com . At first I thought it wasn't going to fit but after a little sliding around it did, no adapters were needed.
