    Mirrors...

I did the same. Made the bike (slightly) narrower and now the large parts of the mirrors are positioned to see things that would look larger in the mirrors.

    Lithium battery

LiFePO4 works fine in the Rocket 3. The Rocket outputs the same voltage range as the Tiger 1200, which comes OEM with a LiFePO4. A voltage between 13.8 and 14.6 keeps both types of batteries charged. Beyond that, any decent LiFePO4's BMS will prevent a variety of battery-killing conditions.

Now owing Rocket 3, how do you tolerate other bikes? What would your next bike be?

I mean, accounting for my moderately fat ass, the Rocket with the Penner tune has a virtually identical power:weight ratio to my Tiger 1200 GT Pro. The torque that matters is at the rear wheel, and "zoomier" bikes that lack crank torque but have high RPM limits use gearing to increase it. So...

    Hill Hold feature

The front lever always applies some force to the rear brake in the Rocket 3's integrated system so, yes, it's probable that the ABS module "locks" that circuit temporarily when the lever is squeezed at a stop.

    Heat Shielding Experiment

Same, I've ridden in bumper-to-bumper traffic in humid high-90s weather in jeans and never had the slightest issue with the heat from the headers, radiator, or engine. Now, the Ducati ST4S? That gave me legit 1st degree burns from the metal fuel tank directly above the rear cylinder.

How much do you pay for insurance for 2500cc?

While we're on the subject, I also strongly recommend carrying an umbrella policy. They're pretty inexpensive.

How much do you pay for insurance for 2500cc?

Live near D.C. and my premium is $102/month. That's with $300,000 liability and uninsured injury, $250 deduc. for collision, $50 deduc. for everything else. Geico.

Miles per gallon at 80mph (129kph)

Your screenshot says 43 UK MPG and 56 miles remaining range.

Miles per gallon at 80mph (129kph)

So about 36 US MPG. Not bad--2 better than I've averaged (which includes city). My best ever was 44 US MPG (55 UK MPG), and we averaged about 75 MPH (121 km/h) at a largely steady pace. (The return trip was about 90 MPH (145 km/h), and my MPG dropped to 38 US MPG).

Upset with Corbin, paid, yet received nothing in 12 weeks

I'm in the U.S. and I had no problems with this. In addition to rsbikepaint.com that A1A mentioned, you can also get them from touchupdirect.com.

    Owner's Manual Jibberish

Regarding rear preload: Fully anti-clockwise (marked as the solo riding setting) is approx. 31 clicks out, or 15.5 turns. If you add luggage it's saying to add 22 clicks (11 turns) to get you to 9 clicks (4.5 turns) out. With passenger it's saying to add 31 clicks (15.5 turns) to get you to 0...

Noco a good alternative to yuasa?

I was thinking the same. There are alternatives that are 6 to 8 Ah, though they may not all be of the same overall quality. It looks good on the website, but it's tiny and needs relatively large spacers to fit properly. If they made one with 8 Ah capacity, I'd be all over it.

Will a slip-on Exhaust void the warranty on a '25 Storm?

Depends on your country, but in the U.S. if they refuse to honor a warranty claim due to a modification, then you can sue them and then they have to demonstrate that your modification is the likely cause of the issue. Getting sued is typically more expensive than just making the repair, so they...

Noco a good alternative to yuasa?

It's not a Lithium Ion battery. The current gen Tigers all come with LiFePO4 batteries, and they aren't burning to the ground. Because it's a different technology.

    Fuel vapors...

Possible in some cases. But the purpose of the vacuum relief valve in the cap is to allow air into the tank, while preventing fuel vapors from leaving the tank. If it's stuck open, there would be no pressure differential. If it's stuck closed, the observed issue would be the tank sucking in...
