    It’s feeling a bit rough on applying trottle

    I changed fuel filter and plugs then downloaded tune ecu and showed no faults and the numbers were good but did that iscv reset and so far so good. I think it was the reset did it. I am going to replace the TPS just to be sure.

    Thanks for response. I’m in county Kildare. I don’t have the tune ecu I wouldn’t be confident enough with one probably do more damage than good. The bike is 06 with 6000 miles. I sprayed WD on it before did seem to help for a while so would I be better to change it.

    Hi. Bare with me on this question, i did ask it before but still not fixed the problem. Sometimes when I start the bike either hot or cold it just starts and cuts out and I would have to hold the throttle open a bit to keep it running for a bit before it will idle. Other times it just starts...

    Thanks man that’s great information. Last night I removed the stepper and gave it a clean and lots of WD 40. I put it back on and she fired up ok. So took to work this morning and she fire up straight away no problems and she has not run this sweet in a while so hopefully this may have resolved...

    Thanks for responses. Yes tick over means idle. It won’t idle when I start it unless I hold throttle open and keep revs up. What is the stepper motor

    No. When I hit the start bottom it will start and cut out immediately if I give it trottle it will rev but let go trottle it cuts out. It I hold trottle for a While till it warms up it will tick over
