    Sounds like the wire going to the starter relayis low voltage so an extra relay might be the way to go. Rocket scientist has posted on this so might the to search so of his threads.

    while we are on the subject is there like an adjustment (like on transmssions where you torque to 20 inch pounds then back it off a few turns like 1 to 4 turns) or like snug it with two fingers with open end wrench then back it off

    The bike has a carpenter motor that lost the timing chain all.of the exhaust valves are open about 1/4 inch. I was thinking of selling the seat/backrest and Pavillion all together. But let me think on it.
