    Yes, a naturally aspirated engine will lose about 3% of it's horsepower for every 1000 feet above sea level. So at 3763 feet the engine would lose 11.28% of its horsepower. So at sea level the 172 horsepower would be approximately 191 horsepower. We can count on losing at least another 9%...
