    Must feel good to be back on two wheels. Love the Beemer. I have thought about buying one of those C's as there are several available within a reasonable distance of me. Do you find it to be a reliable bike? Is it high maintenance (like my K bike was)?

    First year for the Roadster was 2010. By that time the problems that were found in the earlier bikes were remedied. Go buy one and enjoy. There are some good deals out there if you are patient.

    Yours is most likely the second illustration above. All three of the drain plugs take the same size socket. You can re-use the washers. Warm the bike up. Loosen the oil filler cap. Drain the center plug first. Then pull the other two. You can have all three plugs out at the same time, assuming...

    Just bought my second Rocket III and think I stole it

    I believe '09 was the last year for the Classic. Roadsters were not introduced until 2010. Before that the base Rocket was referred to by some as the Standard. I actually preferred those to the Roadster because the pegs were farther forward. In any event, congrats on your purchase.
