    Take it around the block and just use the front brake. If it is getting hot, you have the caliper dragging the outer pad on the rotor. Tom

    You pick the fuse depending on the wire size, not the load. AWG 10 - 30 Amp AWG 12 - 20 Amp AWG 14 - 15 Amp AWG 16 - 10 - 12 Amp AWG 18 - 8 Amp AWG 20 - 5 amp The idea is to prevent a short circuit from causing the wire to burn up. The fuse must blow before the wire insulation melts. HTH...

  8. live feed

    I grab power from the parking lamp in the headlight. There is also a ground wire to the bulb socket. Plus, when you turn the key full CCW, it turns on. I would say it's good for one amp or so load. There is ample room to run the leads into the headlight bucket.

    Put a diode between the hi and low input. Cathode to the low. See if you can find a 5 amp 50 volt diode. If you can't let me know and I can send you one. If that dosen't make sense, post a picture of the light.

    It's stainless for sure. If you can find someone that can mig weld an exhaust system, they can probably do it. Check and call around to some welding shops. Ask for a price estimate. Maybe $50 or so. If they do a really good job, give them a nice tip and remember where they are for future work...

    Stainless. Get someone with a mig welder with stainless wire to weld it up. I cut open a cat box and gutted it and rewelded it with stainless with no problem. The bypass is made from the same metal. Where did it crack? Tom
