    The passenger backrest, luggage rack with the detachable luggage and mounting hardware are installed. Installing the luggage hardware directions came up online first so I installed it first only to have to remove everything to install the backrest hardware first and then reinstall the luggage...

    It would make sense that part of euro5 compliance is a locked ecu, that said BT moto is removing more factory restrictions on our newer bikes.

    So, for us 2025 owners, are we using the full exhaust or slip on? did you notice a lack of midrange grunt.

    bump, My first saturday with my new 2025 R3r Storm and the bike got plenty of attention. It seemed most of the folk chatting me up arrived in cages, not bikes and when they ask if it's fast I'd just say it's not sport bike fast, but the way it pulls from 80-140 mph sure feels fast.

    Triumph Panniers

    While it's easy to re key the cylinder locks it takes time and you will need spare shims. I thought it was a nice touch that triumph included the keyed locksets, which I found today installing my new bags.

    Well done. I sold my GTL when wife said she was done and went back to an R3 for my solo touring. Can't lie, i'll miss the comfort of the K1600, but the R3 engine has a way about it that makes a rider forget about the farkles.

    OK, you guys lost me talking about the 'good ol days' regarding the oil sight glass as I'm clearly seeing a sight glass on the left side of my bike as I'm sure ya'll are also aware of I guess the message is the sight glass is worthless?

    That's my take on it also. Without a witness that could confirm that she put it in reverse without even being aware does leave me at the mercy of sop.
