    Thanks for the info. That confirms my suspicion that something isn't always getting turned on correctly on the first push of the start button but then works correctly on the second push.

    Mine does that every now and then. Not sure if it's the same issue, but sometimes when I hit the starter it cranks over fine but won't start. If I let up on the start button and then press it the second time it always starts instantly. It's almost as if something in the ignition circuitry...
